• Remove jewelry prior to exercise, washing your hands or swimming.
• We do not recommend showering daily in your jewelry.
• Clean your jewelry with a dry cotton cloth to renew its shine.

Gold filled is a thicker coating of gold. Gold filled is an actual layer of gold pressure bonded to another material, usually brass or silver. Please check our product description to see if the piece is gold filled. Gold filled items will wear longer than gold plated pieces but still need some love as these items are not 14k solid gold.
